We had an incredible time at this stunning hotel. The ambiance and friendly nature of the staff were truly highlights. The facilities, especially the multiple pools, were fantastic for relaxation and family fun. However, the dining experience left a lot to be desired, especially given the expectations for a five-star hotel. The food quality and service in the restaurant were the main drawbacks for us, dampening an otherwise lovely stay.
